Returns Policy

Failure to comply with our returns procedure will result in a re-stocking fee being charged.

Covid-19

Due to Covid-19, we are having to change our returns system. If you wish to return an item, YOU MUST complete the returns form below. Please DO NOT return the product until we contact you with details of how to return the item, as all returns need to be effectively quarantined.

When we receive a returns form, we will contact you with full return information.

The following returns policy remains in place with regard to the condition of returned items:

For your peace of mind and satisfaction, all our items are carefully checked prior to despatch. However, if you are unhappy with your purchase, World of Reevu will be happy to accept the return of your helmet or other item within 14 days of purchase, providing:

• it is received by us UNUSED and UNDAMAGED.

• complete with ALL tags, stickers and with the protective plastic on visor in place, helmet bag, manual and any other associated parts supplied.

• in the UNDAMAGED Manufacturers helmet box.

If any of these criteria are not met, there will be either a £25 re-stocking fee or we may refuse to exchange the helmet or other item.

Special Orders are non-returnable and non-refundable. If you are in any doubt, please check the website or contact shop@worldofreevu.com for further information.

World of Reevu is an online business, your item cannot be returned to us in person and we do not have a Trade/Customer counter. Your item must be posted back to us and we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost in the transit.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If you wish to return the helmet, YOU MUST complete the online return form first.

    Are all the stickers in place, including the visor sticker, and the helmet undamaged and in new condition?

    Is the helmet bag included (if applicable)?

    Are the instructions and tools included?

    Is the original box included and undamaged?

    I understand I am responsible for return postage costs and will be liable for a re-stocking charge if the above criteria are not met
